What Is the Chore Wheel?

The Chore Wheel is a free spinner that hands out household jobs at random, so nobody can say the split was unfair.

Every chore gets an equal slice. Spin once per person, or turn on winner removal so each chore is assigned only once per round.

How to Use the Chore Wheel

  1. List your chores. Keep the ready-made chores or type your own, one per line.
  2. Spin for each person. Take turns pressing Spin. Each person does the chore the wheel lands on.
  3. Remove picked chores. Turn on winner removal so the same chore isn't handed out twice in one round.
  4. Spin again next week. Save or share the wheel and spin a fresh rotation every week.

Popular Ways to Use the Chore Wheel

  • Families: Give kids a fun, fair way to pick their daily or weekly jobs.
  • Roommates: Split cleaning in a shared flat without arguments.
  • Classrooms: Assign classroom helper jobs like line leader or board cleaner.
  • Offices: Rotate kitchen, plant-watering or recycling duties at work.
